In order to provide customers with an excellent user experience, JP after-sales team has provided localized services to over 100 customers in the first half of the year. The main customers served are distributed in countries such as Southeast Asia, Europe, Latin America and the Middle East. Today, we will briefly introduce our after-sales team to you:
JP after-sales team consists of over 50 people, mainly responsible for global after-sales service. For overseas business, JP after-sales service is handled through a combination of online and offline methods. When customers receive the equipment, the online department of JP after-sales service will first coordinate with the customers regarding the installation of the balancing machine, mainly including:
-- Guidance on pouring the foundation of the balancing machine
-- Installation and placement of the balancing machine
-- Training on the startup and operation of the equipment
For some balancing machine line and customers who need on-site training and maintenance, we will send after-sales engineers with visas to the customer's site. The services that our engineers can provide at the customer's site include:
-- Technical consultation on balancing machine equipment
-- Operation training for balancing machine equipment
-- Annual calibration of balancing machines
-- Balancing machine line installation training and accompanying production
-- After-sales maintenance of balancing machines
