Automatic balancing machines for crankshafts
High production balancing machine for crankshafts designed to offer wide flexibility and reduced shaft machining times.
The main journals can be supported on rollers or, on request, on sleeve bearings. The drive consists of a flange and pin drive system
or a hook drive on the first connecting rod journal, resting on the second main journal.
Dual station system with rotary loading device. Two crankshafts are processed simultaneously and during the drilling operation the first
crankshaft is measured and unloaded while the next crankshaft is loaded and measured. It can be loaded manually from the front or
automatically with an overhead gantry. The JP robot is fully controlled by CNC axes.
Version for balancing large shafts located on roller supports.Includes a high capacity correction unit, complete with
clamping and drill thrust back-up during correction.
Version for balancing large shafts with the main journals supported on sleeve bearings; includes high capacity
correction unit, complete with clamping, drill thrust back-up and features automatic tool change for deburr procedure.
Automatic crankshaft balancing machine is designed with a special crankshaft balancing software for balancing of the crankshafts automatically by drilling from the suitable pets. The loading / unloading of the crankshafts can be done by the operator or a robot system.
